  • First transaction each year

  • Reaching your cap

  • Achieving ICON status

4. ICON Program: High Performance Rewards

Top agents can earn up to €25,000 in stock annually.

You qualify by:

  • Reaching your cap

  • Completing 30 transactions
    OR

  • €400,000 GCI (minimum 10 deals)
