A prefabricated house is a modern solution to building an energy-efficient home quickly and with high quality. It's one of the most common types of residential buildings and has proven itself over the years with its durability and sustainability. The wood structure provides excellent thermal insulation, and the density protects the house from moisture, mold, and condensation risk. Timber frame houses can be designed according to the client's wishes and needs, taking into account local regulations, traditions, and planning requirements.

Assembly:

We begin assembling the house during the unloading phase, lifting elements directly from the truck to the foundation. This minimizes crane costs and storage needs. Below are the main phases of house assembly for a 120-160 M² house, including time estimates:

Construction of a Weatherproof House (11–16 working days)

  1. Installation of external and internal load-bearing wall elements (1 day)
  2. Installation of trusses or roof panels (1 day)
  3. Leveling and final fastening of all assembled elements (1 day)
  4. Roofing with film (or OSB + ruberoid) and preparation of the roofing material base (2-3 days)
  5. Installation of window drainage, facade finishing, and production of wind boxes (3-5 days)
  6. Installation of roofing material and gutters (3-5 days)

Completion Phase "Ready for Interior Finishing Works" (14–20 working days)

  1. Installation of internal non-load-bearing partitions, leaving one side open for water, electricity, and other systems (3-5 days)
  2. Completing load-bearing structures between floors, installing thermal and sound insulation, and setting up frames for underground electrical and similar pipes (3-5 days)
  3. Assembly of load-bearing roof structures, roof insulation, and installation of vapor barrier film and ceiling material frames (3-5 days)
  4. Closing walls and covering ceilings with selected materials (5 days)
  5. Specialist installation of all communications (electricity, ventilation, plumbing, sewerage, and heating), either ordered by the customer or us, performed in parallel with our work.

General Info:

From the start of assembly to the "ready for interior finishing work" phase, it takes about 25-36 working days (4-6 weeks with a six-day workweek). The final timeline depends on the roof structure's complexity, balconies, attic windows, terraces, and the time needed for installing electrical, ventilation, and other communications.

Our assembly team consists of experienced specialists, typically four to six workers per team, equipped with all necessary resources. Each team has a site manager responsible for organization, documentation, administration, and quality assurance. In destination countries, a local language speaker is chosen as the site manager to communicate with the customer.

Payment:

Payment is based on a fixed price, unaffected by additional time or materials unless the client alters the project during assembly.
