From the courtyard through a gate is the first part of the land, this part is used to grow vegetables, walking through the land towards the back of the house is more flat land and two old stone ruins, one is without a roof, these were used to store hay and corn. The land opens up in two very very big flat terraces at the back with plenty of fruit trees and at the top of the land is the two wells. The owner used to have a irregation system in place but it was destoryed and needs to be built up again.
On the land is plenty of fruit trees such as orange, kiwi, apple, vines, chestnut, walnut and the land is surrounded with stunning cork trees.
