This house is nestled in a small hamlet amongst 6 traditional style properties. Access to the property is via a pathway from a shared parking area off of a quiet country lane which leads to the main house. The separate stone summer house is located approximately 200m away with private access and parking. The land and gardens extend to the front and sides of the summer house, there is also an additional section of woodland across a track to the rear which is included in the sale.

The house has an open plan lounge (4.5m x 3m) with wooden floors, vaulted ceilings and wood burner. The fully equipped kitchenette includes wooden floor units with granite worktops and a double sink. There is a double bedroom (4.2m x 4.4m) with feature stone walls and en-suite bathroom(1.8m x 1.3m) with shower, bidet, sink and WC. The summer house has its own private entrance with parking. A path leads down through the pretty mature gardens past a small garden shed on to a slate terrace with a BBQ and seating areas to the front of the property with stunning views over the valleys beyond. The land and gardens to the front are fenced and there is more woodland to the rear of the summer house which is included in the sale. This area is most definitely one of outstanding natural beauty!
The ‘Serra de Lousã’ mountains offer the perfect opportunity for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. The area is very popular with walkers and has become a centre of excellence for mountain biking with organisations offering tours throughout the region.
