Fantastic stone build Centennial House completely renovated about 10km from Coimbra.
This House is situated in a small village about 5km from the village of Cernache where you can find everything you need for your day to day life, such as Supermarkets, Restaurants, pharmacy, banks, schools, Restaurants etc. As well as quick and easy road connections to all directions in Portugal. This first floor keeps all the good taste that we mentioned earlier. Since the decoration of the hall at the top of the stairs, through the existing details in the bedrooms, the walls and Windows where all corners were used in a thorough way, well designed and executed with extreme attention to the details. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, all have wardrobes with a rustic style, worked by hand. The bedrooms floors are made in a very well treated wood, such as the ceilings. The floor of the hall and the bathrooms are in ceramics. I also highlight the excellent choice of lighting details and the wall painting.
This property also includes an outside space, with direct access from the Street through an electric gate. This space includes a small garden, a very spacious porch and an open space where you can park one or two cars in the interior.
In general we can say that this is an excellent and unique property, where the centennial design was fully respected during its renovation, without neglecting the needs and comfort of a modern life. The House is ready to move in.
