This beautifully renovated stone house is perched on the hillside with stunning views over the Rabaçal valley. It is approached from a cobbled lane and has gates which open onto a wide gravel driveway with plenty of parking.

From the lobby a further door leads into the dining room. This a beautiful light filled room with views out over the patio and garden to the valley beyond. Patio doors lead to the outside entertainment area which has a pergola with Wisteria growing over it providing plenty of shade for those hot summer days. There is a gas hob with extractor fan over, an electric oven, space for a microwave and plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of room for a table and chairs.

The lounge has a window overlooking the garden and valley and doors which lead out onto the patio.There is a tiled floor, exposed natural stone features. There is a log burner which is set on a raised stone hearth.

Stairs from the dining room lead to a very spacious landing currently used as office space. Doors lead to the bedrooms and family bathroom.

The Master bedroom has a window which overlooks the garden. There is a wood effect tiled floor, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled and has a shower, basin and wc and heated towel rail.Bedrooms two and three are very large doubles and both have windows with lovely views, tiled floors and built in wardrobes. There are shops and a café in the village which is about five minutes away by car. Ansião is about 15 minutes and has schools, a health centre, banks, shops and supermarkets. Lisbon and Porto are each about 1.5 hours away.
