This 4 bedroom restored house over two floors is situated just a few minutes drive outside the town Castanheira de Pera and very close to the river beach called Poço de Corga, in a small village and very pretty surroundings, mainly of big chestnut trees and streams. The house has great space and two outer buildings which have electricity and plumbing in use, one former outdoor kitchen and another one with a toilet , at the moment used as a workshop and a gym.
As entering the house on the ground floor, from one of the patio areas with plenty of shade from the wines, you have a large Utility room, it has been previously used as a 5th bedroom and can be turned into a bedroom or an office again with little work, further along the hallway to your left is the living and dining room with a pellet burner and the stairs leading up to the second floor.
