A licensed restaurant in a great location between an industrial zone and residential development just outside of Miranda do Corvo. The restaurant comprises of an entrance lobby with doors leading to the two large dining rooms which can hold, in total, 120 people, 70 in one room and 50 in the other. Customer toilets can be accessed from the dining room. There is a service area with a door leading into the kitchen. From the kitchen, a door leads to a large area comprising of an office, staff toilet and cloakroom and a large storage area. A door opens onto a path which leads along the back of the property to the road, so it is not necessary to take deliveries through the restaurant. Adjacent to the restaurant is a large piece of land (618 square metres) currently used as a car park. This land is urban and can be built on. The land has a well.
The dining rooms have terracotta floor tiles and attractive half tiled walls in traditional Portuguese tiles. There are three aircon/heaters mounted on the walls and one dining room has an open fireplace. The dining rooms are currently furnished with good quality wooden table and chairs.
A service area is to the left-hand side of the first dining room and is well equipped with cold display units with cold cupboards and refrigeration units, gas/pump for beer and a coffee machine. There are bread draws and cupboards for the storage of chinaware and cutlery etc.
There are two toilets, one for men and one for women, they are modern and clean.
The kitchen has an area for washing up and cleaning and benefits from a double sink with drainer. It has a dishwasher and a stainless-steel work unit. At the back of the kitchen is a large industrial refrigerator. At the back of the kitchen is an area for hand washing with stainless steel basin and tap. There is a preparation area with a double sink and mixer tap and a rubbish shute. There are stainless steel units for the preparation of food. At the front of the kitchen is a Bain-marie with 10 bowls, warming cupboards and a plate warmer. There is a charcoal grill, oven and potato peeler.
The storage area has a staff toilet which is modern and clean. There is a small office. Next to the office is an area that has cupboards for staff coats and bags etc. There is a very large chest freezer for meat and fish and a fridge for the storage of fruit and vegetables. At the back of the storage area is a large area with shelving for the storage of supplies etc.
The furniture and catering equipment are not included in the price but is available through negotiation.
